He enjoyed spending time with his family by sharing in activities such as RV camping, water skiing, snowmobiling, four wheeling, Nascar races, fishing, working on any kind of home improvement or yard project and vacations at Norris Lake, the beach, and Disney World.

His motto for everything in life was “It’s not that you have to do it, it’s a privilege that you get to do it.” Even with the commitment of running a business, he always made time for his family and anyone else who needed his help which was made evident in the way he would answer his phone “This is Biff, may I help you?”. Biff then founded Biff’s Comfort Systems Inc in 1993.īiff was a hard worker whose knowledge, drive, positive attitude, and fun-loving personality left a lasting impression on many family members, friends, neighbors, and acquaintances. In 1987 he and his dad acted as general contractors to build a home for his family in Munroe Falls, Ohio. On June 7, 1980, he married the love of his life, Lynn (Richards) Baker. After graduation he began his career in HVAC. He graduated from Tallmadge high school in 1975 and McKim Technical Institute in 1976. He was born Main Akron, Ohio to Richard and Donna Baker. Baker passed away peacefully, surrounded by his wife and children, on Apat the age of 65.
